1. Form State commission on counteraction to illicit trafficking in industrial output for coordination of activities of federal executive bodies, executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation and local government bodies on counteraction to illegal import, production and turnover of industrial output, including counterfeit, and also for monitoring and assessment of the situation in this sphere in the territory of the Russian Federation.

2. Determine that the chairman of State commission on counteraction to illicit trafficking in industrial output on position is the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation.

Form the commissions on counteraction to illicit trafficking in industrial output in subjects of the Russian Federation for coordination of activities of territorial authorities of federal executive bodies, executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation and local government bodies on counteraction to illegal import, production and turnover of industrial output, including counterfeit, and also for monitoring and assessment of the situation in this sphere in the territories of subjects of the Russian Federation.

g) preparation of annual reports on situation in the sphere of illicit trafficking in industrial output in the territory of the Russian Federation and their submission to the Government of the Russian Federation no later than the second quarter of the year following reporting;
