Make change to instruction form of elimination by the subject of managing of violations of requirements of the legislation in the field of obligatory national pension insurance approved by the resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of November 20, 2019 No. 20-1, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on January 14, 2020 at No. 43/34326, having added it after paragraph two with the paragraph third the following content:

"The instruction can be appealed in the Pension fund of Ukraine (Ulitsa Bastionnaya, 9, Kiev-14, 01601) within thirty calendar days from the date of its bringing to data of the subject of managing and/or to court according to the procedure, established by the law.".
