"3. "Article 84. Structure of lands of especially protected natural territories
1. Lands of especially protected natural territories treat the earth of the national natural parks, the national biospheric parks, the state natural parks, dendrology and zoological parks, botanical gardens, the state complex wildlife areas, the state nature sanctuaries, the cross-border especially protected natural territories, glaciers and snow patches which are given the status of especially protected natural territories, microreserves, geoparks, especially protected natural territories of local value and zones of kernel of the biospheric territories and/or wildlife reserves.
2. In structure of these lands also the parcels of land with the natural complexes and objects having special ecological, nature protection, scientific, historical and cultural, recreational and medical and improving appointment can be carried.
Recreational and improving facilities cannot be organized as the independent especially protected natural territories.".
