Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About weapon" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 11, the Art. 448) the following change:
add Article 18 with part six of the following content:
"The equipment of cartridges to sports firearms with rifle barrel can be made by members officially of the registered sports organizations for their personal use in the presence of permission to storage and carrying sports firearms.".
This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
