"5. Financing of space activities can be also performed at the expense of means of the federal budget according to the budget legislation of the Russian Federation and extrabudgetary funds, including in accordance with the terms of the concessionary agreements signed according to the Federal Law of July 21, 2005 No. 115-FZ "About concessionary agreements", the agreements on public-private partnership signed according to the Federal Law of July 13, 2015 No. 224-FZ "About public-private partnership, municipal and private partnership in the Russian Federation and modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation".
Financing of space activities at the expense of means of the federal budget and extrabudgetary funds in accordance with the terms of agreements on public-private partnership shall be performed in case of observance of requirements of part 4 of article 6 of the Federal Law of July 13, 2015 No. 224-FZ "About public-private partnership, municipal and private partnership in the Russian Federation and modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation".";
