Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About traffic in the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1998, No. 8, the Art. 248) the following changes:

Regulation of the activities of legal entities and physical persons connected with operation (services in provision in hire, lease, etc.) means of individual mobility, is performed by local government bodies according to the procedure determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.";
