About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus
In pursuance of article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 8, 2024 "About change of codes concerning criminal liability" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 349-Z
1. Make changes to resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 1.
2. Recognize invalid resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 2.
3. This resolution becomes effective since July 12, 2024.

The list of the changes made to resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus
1. In Regulations on procedure for assistance to persons exempted from places of detention and from custody and also the payment procedure of following of convicts to the place of serving sentence in the form of restriction of freedom approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 15, 2006 No. 1218:
the second offer of Item 5 to state in the following edition: "Only food on the standard daily rate established for the children who are in the house of mother and child of correctional facility are issued to the exempted female persons having children on children.";
to exclude from Item 7 of the word "aged up to three years".
