About modification and amendments in the Law "About Education"

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 3 of the Law of April 14, 1999, No. ZR-297 "About education" (further - the Law):
1) to state Item 1.8 in the following edition:
"1. 8) social partnership form of manifestation of educational, labor, partner and social cooperation between the organizations of the higher and professional education and training, employers, their associations and other non-profit organizations, labor unions, bodies of the public power, directed to achievement of universally agreed targets of ensuring education according to requirements of the labor market and economic development;".
To add 2) with Item 1.19 of the following content:
"1. 19) resulting effect of training set of knowledge, capabilities necessary for completion of rate or educational program;".
3) to state Item 3 in the following edition:
"3) the educational program set of all components of training determining appropriate level, orientation, content and resulting effects of training;".
4) in Item 3.1 to exclude the word "professional";
Item 8.1 to declare 5) invalid;
6) to state Item 9 in the following edition:
"9) college - the professional educational institution performing the professional and average professional educational program;".
Item 17 to declare 7) invalid;
8) in Item 17.1 of the word of "final assessment" shall be replaced with words "State Final Examination";
9) to state Item 17.2 in the following edition:
"17. 2) the national system of qualifications (NSQ) - set of the qualification characteristics appropriated at all levels of education system which covers general characteristics of knowledge, capabilities and skills necessary for results of training or professional activity at each education level;".
To add 10) with Item 17.3 of the following content:
