For the purpose of giving of additional impulse to development of entrepreneurship, increase in its status and image in the Kyrgyz Republic and simplifications of criteria for receipt of the service passport by subjects of entrepreneurship, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Provision, the description and sample of diplomatic and office passports of the Kyrgyz Republic" of July 12, 2011 No. 384 the following changes:

in the Regulations on diplomatic and office passports of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- in the subitem 6 of Item 1 of the word shall be replaced with words "joint-stock companies" "business entities";

- third the subitem 11 of Item 10 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"-perform commodity export, made in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, of at least 5 (five) million som a year, in case of lack of export amount to have the paid tax for previous year of 15 (fifteen) million som or have the created at least 50 (fifty) permanent workplaces at the time of submission of documents on the service passport;";
