About modification of appendix 4 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2023 No. 1402
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in appendix 4 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2023 No. 1402 "About approval of inventories which export and import is subject to licensing, and quotas for 2024" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2024, No. 11, of the Art. 694, No. 19, of the Art. 1227) the enclosed change.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.

"2. In case when the country of destination of the goods classified by codes according to UKTVED 1001 99 00 00, 1005 90 00th 00, 1205 10 90th 00, 1205 90 00, 1206 00 91 00, 1206 00 99th 00, is the Republic of Bulgaria, Romania, the Slovak Republic, Hungary and the Republic of Poland, the export licensing mode which concerns all subjects of foreign economic activity, in particular those which are included in the list of the verified subjects of agro-industrial complex is applied.
