About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 27, 2013 No. 295
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 27, 2013 No. 295 "About some questions of stay of goods in customs regime of conversion on customs area of Ukraine, restriction and prohibitions concerning the room of separate goods in the specified customs regime and recognitions voided some acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 32, Art. 1131; 2020, No. 14, the Art. 555, No. 79, the Art. 2528) the enclosed changes.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.

1. In the inventory which room in customs regime of conversion on customs area of Ukraine is forbidden, approved by the specified resolution:
Figures "87" to replace 1) with figures "87 *";
2) to add the list with footnote "*" the following content:

* Except for the new vehicles classified in goods items 8703, 8704 according to UKTVED, and bodies for the motor vehicles classified in commodity subcategory 8707 10 90 90 according to UKTVED, imported for the purpose of upgrade, re-equipment or production of vehicles and placed in customs regime of conversion on customs area of Ukraine by the companies which core activity is production of vehicles (class 29.10, group 29.1, Section 29 KVED of recreation center 009:2010).".
