1. In heading and Item 1 of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of March 5, 2012 "About approval of Requirements to writing of the name of the legal entity, its separate division, the public forming which does not have the status of the legal entity, except the organization of labor union", the word of "its separate division" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 5, 2012 at No. 367/20680, shall be replaced with words No. 368/5 "separate division of the legal entity including formed according to the legislation of foreign state".
2. In paragraph three of Item 3 of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of February 9, 2016 No. 359/5 "About approval of the Procedure for state registration of legal entities, physical persons - entrepreneurs and the public forming which do not have the status of the legal entity", the word registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 09, 2016 at No. 200/28330,", not having the status of the legal entity," to exclude.
