About approval of the Procedure for state registration of the legal entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming who do not have the status of the legal entity

According to Article 5 and part six of article 25 of the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of legal entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming" I order:

1. Approve the Procedure for state registration of the legal entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming who do not have the status of the legal entity which is attached.

2. Recognize invalid orders of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

3. Determine that:

before implementation of the software of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming created according to the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of legal entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming" during state registration of legal entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming, symbolics of public forming in the cases provided by the laws preparation and forming of the legal conclusion, decision of the state registrar, the message on suspension of consideration of documents, are performed without use of software of maintaining the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons - entrepreneurs and public forming;

documents for state registration are electronically filed after implementation of the portal of electronic services of legal entities, physical persons of entrepreneurs and public forming;

till January 1, 2019 data on state registration of public forming as legal entities are introduced in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming (except the data provided by Items 4, of 5, of 7, of 14, of 17, the paragraph the seventh Item 20, Items 21 - 25, 32, 44 parts two of article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of legal entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming"), the Unified register of public forming and the register of public associations and services from these registers by body which carried out their registration (legalization);

accounting of political parties, their structural educations provides the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and its territorial authorities within the competence determined by the law.

4. To the state company "Information and Resource Center" (Voloshina A. V.) take the measures necessary for implementation of this order.
