About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 18, 2022 No. 314
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 18, 2022 No. 314 "Some questions of ensuring implementation of economic activity in the conditions of warlike situation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 26, the Art. 1399, No. 40, the Art. 2167) the enclosed changes.
2. Determine that the contractors of actions in the field of antimine activities performing the activities based on the declaration on implementation of economic activity for the purpose of acquisition of the status of operators of antimine activities can receive within six months the certificate of conformity of processes of antimine activities according to the procedure, No. 123 established by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 2, 2024 "About implementation of the pilot project on certification of operators of antimine activities and processes of antimine activities" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2024, No. 19, of the Art. 1225).
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication, except Item of 2 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective since December 2, 2024.
