Bring in the Procedure for maintaining the Unified register of tax delivery notes approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 29, 2010 No. 1246 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 1, Art. 31; 2017, No. 43, Art. 1332; 2018, No. 30, Art. 1062; 2021, No. 35, the Art. 2074), and the Procedure for maintaining the Unified register of excise delivery notes approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 24, 2016 No. 114 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 18, Art. 731; 2019, No. 54, Art. 1878; 2023, No. 66, the Art. 3794), the enclosed changes.

1. According to the procedure of maintaining the Unified register of tax delivery notes, No. 1246 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 29, 2010:
The second Item 10 of the word of "qualified electronic seal" shall be replaced with words 1) in the paragraph "qualified electronic seal or advanced electronic seal";
Shall be replaced with words 2) in Items 11 and 22 of the word of "telecommunication, information and telecommunication systems" "electronic communication, information and communication systems";
