I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 13, 2023 No. 153 "About approval of the standard of rendering special social services in the field of health care" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 33545) the following change:
in the Standard of rendering special social services in the field of health care approved by the specified order:
2) of Item 2 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"2) the subjects providing special social services - the physical and (or) legal entities occupied in the state and non-state sectors on provision of special social services based on the license for provision of special social services;".
2. To provide to department of the organization of medical care of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;
3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan provision in Legal department of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2025 and is subject to official publication.
