About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Service on Ensuring Forced Execution"

Article 1. Regarding 1 Article 2, parts of 1 Article 3, Item 2 of part 1 of Article 21 and Item 3 of part 1 of article 23 of the Law of February 18, 2004, ZR-40 "About service on ensuring forced execution" (dalee-Zakon) the words "About Forced Execution of Court Resolutions" shall be replaced with words "About enforcement proceeding".
Article 2. In Item 9 of part 2 of article 24 of the Law of the word "the debtor and (or) his property" shall be replaced with words "the debtor of physical person (including the individual entrepreneur), competent face of the legal entity of the debtor, property and (or) documents of the debtor".
Article 3. This law becomes effective since January 1, 2026.
