About introduction of amendments to the Law "About State Regulation of Ensuring Technical Safety"

Article 1. In article 15 of the Law of October 24, 2005, ZR-204 "About state regulation of ensuring technical safety":
Shall be replaced with words 1) in part 7 of the word "About Forced Execution of Court Resolutions" "About enforcement proceeding";
2) to recognize parts 10, 11 and 12 invalid.
Article 2. This law becomes effective since January 1, 2026.
