About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Budget System of the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. Part 13 of article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of June 24, 1997, "About budget system of the Republic of Armenia" to state ZR-137 in the following edition:
"13. Based on the acts which are subject to execution on account of the amounts which are subject to collection from the government budget of the Republic of Armenia the bill of exchange for up to one year within one month after sight of the requirement of the claimant or the forced contractor can be issued if before the obligation was not possible to be fulfilled by payment of money.
The size of daily interest rate for the translated bill of exchange is calculated at interest rate, stipulated in Article 411 Civil codes of the Republic of Armenia, at the same time percent are calculated for the period from the date of release of the bill of exchange about day of its repayment. The procedure for issue of bill of exchange is established by regulatory legal act of the Government.".
Article 2. This law becomes effective since January 1, 2026.
