About approval of the commitment form about entering into the Register of certification bodies in the sphere of geographical instructions

According to part two of article 21 of the Law of Ukraine "About geographical instructions of alcoholic drinks", Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 17, 2021 No. 124, I ORDER:

1. Approve the commitment form about entering into the Register of certification bodies in the sphere of geographical instructions for the enclosed form.

2. In the sphere of sanitary and phytosanitary actions in accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of state policy submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication and No. 2800-IX "About geographical instructions of alcoholic drinks" becomes effective along with enforcement of the Law of Ukraine of December 1, 2022.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister according to distribution of obligations.
