For the purpose of introduction of the principles of self-sufficiency of the energy sector and annual improvement of the main indicators of activities in the conditions of cash deficit, and also reduction of amounts of cross subsidizing between different categories of consumers, according to article 6 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About power", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Medium-term tariff policy of the Kyrgyz Republic on heat energy and hot water supply for 2021-2025" of September 30, 2021 No. 193 the following changes:
in Medium-term tariff policy of the Kyrgyz Republic on heat energy and hot water supply for 2021-2025 (further - Medium-term tariff policy) approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in Chapter 3:
state paragraph two in the following edition:
"For residential customers (population) the social norm of monthly consumption of heat energy established for total area of premises by amount to 80 sq.m is provided.";
add with the paragraph third the following content:
"With total area of premises in amount over 80 sq.m rates for heat energy will be applied to residential customers (population) at the level of the cost of heat energy on each sq.m of exceeding from social norm.";
paragraphs the fourth, fifth and thirteenth to recognize invalid;
word in paragraph eleven" which provides covering in 2025 of the cost of hot water" to exclude;
