Article 1. In the Code of penal procedure of the Azerbaijan Republic (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 8 (the book II), Article 585 (volume I); 2024, No. 1, Article 4; 1099 the Laws of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 23, 2024 No. 1099-VIQD and No. 1114-VIQD of March 29, 2024) in Article 15.2.1 of the word "medical supplies" shall be replaced with words "medicinal and medical means".
Article 2. In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About sanitary and epidemiologic safety" (Sheets of the Supreme Council of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1992, No. 22, Article 947; Legislative collection of the Azerbaijan Republic, (volume. I) make the following changes:
2.1. Under Article 13:
2.1.1. in the name and in paragraph one of part one of the word "Normative and Technical Documents" shall be replaced with words "Technical regulatory legal acts";
2.1.2. in the second paragraph of the first part (in both cases) the words "normative and technical documents" shall be replaced with words "technical regulatory legal acts";
2.1.3. in paragraph three of part one of the word "normative and technical documents on medicinal and medical means" shall be replaced with words "technical regulatory legal acts on medicinal and medical medicines, and also medicinal substances";
