6) form of idea of elimination of the violations revealed by results of check according to appendix 6 to this order.

2. In the sphere of public service of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service in the procedure established by the legislation to provide to inspection department:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service supervising questions of control in the sphere of public service.

4. This order becomes effective since June 8, 2024 and is subject to official publication.
