1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Regulations on registration in Federal Service for Financial Monitoring of the organizations performing transactions with money or other property and individual entrepreneurs in the field of whose activities there are no regulatory (supervising) authorities, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 27, 2014 No. 58 "About approval of the Regulations on registration in Federal Service for Financial Monitoring of the organizations performing transactions with money or other property and individual entrepreneurs in the field of whose activities there are no regulatory (supervising) authorities" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 5, of Art. 509; No. 26, Art. 3575; 2022, No. 6, Art. 884).

2. This resolution becomes effective since October 1, 2025, except for Items 2 and 3 of the changes approved by this resolution which become effective from the date of its official publication.

3. Determine that Items 8 (1) and 15(1) Regulations on registration in Federal Service for Financial Monitoring of the organizations performing transactions with money or other property and individual entrepreneurs in the field of whose activities there are no regulatory (supervising) authorities No. 58 approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 27, 2014 "About approval of the Regulations on registration in Federal Service for Financial Monitoring of the organizations performing transactions with money or other property and individual entrepreneurs in the field of whose activities there are no regulatory (supervising) authorities" (in edition of this resolution) are effective till September 30, 2025 inclusive.
