Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 4, 2007 No. 329-FZ "About physical culture and sport in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 50, Art. 6242; 2011, No. 9, Art. 1207; No. 49, Art. 7062; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3477; No. 30, Art. 4025; 2015, No. 41, Art. 5628; 2016, No. 48, Art. 6736; 2019, No. 31, Art. 4462; 2020, No. 31, Art. 5032; 2023, No. 10, Art. 1572; No. 49, Art. 8681; 2024, No. 1, Art. 65) following changes:

Article 5 to add 1) with Item 2.1 of the following content:

"2. 1) centers of early physical development of children;";

To add 2) with Article 30.2 of the following content:

"Article 30.2. Centers of early physical development of children

1. The centers of early physical development of children are the organizations which are created for the purpose of, specified regarding 2.1 articles 84 of the Federal Law of December 29, 2012 to No. 273-FZ "About education in the Russian Federation", and perform the educational activities directed to physical training and physical training of children, acquisition by them of knowledge, skills in the field of physical culture and sport, physical enhancement of children, forming at children of culture of healthy lifestyle, preserving and strengthening of their health taking into account the features determined according to part 4 of this Article.

2. The centers of early physical development of children shall:

1) to perform physical training and physical training of children taking into account their age and specific features;

2) to perform actions for assessment of capabilities of children to occupations separate sports;

3) to hold the events directed to promotion of physical culture and sport, and also healthy lifestyle;
