"9) the borrower - the agreement obligations of loan which signed with the issuer the loan agreement about receipt of credit/leasing and assumed physical person or legal entity, the individual entrepreneur (including peasant farm) performing activities according to the inventory for crediting and financial leasing on priority projects in the field of production and (or) conversion of agricultural products according to appendix 1 to these rules and also credit partnerships, banks of the second level, social business corporations, the regional investment centers, the microfinancial organizations;";
11) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"11) preferential rate of remuneration on financing at the expense of short-term bonds - remuneration rate which size constitutes for borrowers, except for credit partnerships, banks of the second level, social business corporations, the regional investment centers and the microfinancial organizations, and final borrowers - no more than 5 (five) % per annum, for credit partnerships, banks of the second level, social business corporations, the regional investment centers and the microfinancial organizations - no more than 3 (three) % per annum;";
18) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"18) the final borrower - the borrower of credit partnership, bank of the second level, social business corporation, regional investment center, microfinancial organization;";
