According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" the Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan DECIDES:
1. Make changes and additions to Regulations on regulation of debt load of borrowers - physical persons, approved by the resolution of Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 28, 2019 No. 24/5 (рег. No. 3205 of December 19, 2019) (The national database of the legislation, 19.12.2019, No. 10/19/3205/4177), according to appendix.
2. This resolution is approved with Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. This resolution becomes effective after three months from the date of its official publication.

1. State Item 11 in the following edition:
"11. The amount of interest payments on the credit or microloan allocated with the creditor to physical persons and also shall not exceed other payments (except for payments of principal debt, the measures of responsibility applied for non-execution of terms of the contract) daily percent 0,3 in relation to remaining balance of principal debt on the credit or microloan.
