About Investment council in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of carrying out single state policy concerning improvement of business environment and the investment climate, investment attraction for further social and economic development of the Kyrgyz Republic, ensuring effective interaction of state bodies in this sphere I decide:
1. Form Investment council in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and approve the enclosed Regulations on it.
2. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the first deputy Rukovoditel of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic - the head of department of organizational work and policy of public administration.
3. Recognize invalid the following presidential decrees of the Kyrgyz Republic:
- "About additional measures for further enhancement of activities for attraction and use of foreign investments" of August 22, 2001 No. 254;
- "About modification and amendments in the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About additional measures for further enhancement of activities for attraction and use of foreign investments" of August 22, 2001" of July 27, 2004 No. 242.
4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.
