1) in Article 1:
a) in word part eight of "natural and technogenic nature" to exclude;
b) regarding the seventeenth to exclude words of "natural and technogenic nature";

3) in Item 1 of Article 11:

b) add with the subitem "x" of the following content:
"x) hold events for the prevention of emergency situations of intermunicipal and regional nature and liquidation of their effects, realize the actions directed to rescuing of life and preserving human health in case of emergency situations.".
