1. No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union" to add Item 7 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 with subitem 7.1.70 of the following content:
"7.1.70. The separate goods intended for aluminum production:
the aluminum fluoride classified by code 2826 12 000 0 of the CN FEA EEU, imported into the Republic of Kazakhstan of no more than 7 thousand tons in 2024, 8 thousand tons in 2025 and to the Russian Federation of no more than 20 thousand tons in 2024, 20 thousand tons in 2025;
the anodes burned and the cathodes classified by code 8545 19 000 0 of the CN FEA EEU, imported into the Republic of Kazakhstan of no more than 75 thousand tons in 2024, 85 thousand tons in 2025 and to the Russian Federation of no more than 275 thousand tons in 2024, 162 thousand tons in 2025.
