About change of the resolution of National academy of Sciences of Belarus of July 15, 2022 No. 4
Based on part one of Item 5 of Article 3, of the paragraph of third of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures" and paragraph two of Item 16 of the Charter of National academy of Sciences of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 3, 2003 No. 56, National academy of Sciences of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of National academy of Sciences of Belarus of July 15, 2022 No. 4 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedure" the following changes:
1.1. in word preamble "the paragraph of third Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 25, 2021 No. 240 "About the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of managing" shall be replaced with words "parts one of Item 5 of Article 3, of the paragraph of third of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures";
1.2. in Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to subitem 1.3.7 "Receipt of the conclusion about purpose of the equipment, devices, materials and components for the purposes of release them from taxation by import customs duties and the value added tax", approved by this resolution:
in subitem 1.2 of Item 1:
to exclude from paragraph two of the word "of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z";
the fourth to exclude the paragraph;
in the column "Form and Procedure for Submission of the Document and (or) Data" of part one of Item 2 of the word "by mail" shall be replaced with words "by means of mail service".
2. This resolution becomes effective since June 17, 2024.
