I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 20, 2023 No. 454 "About determination of the jewelry and other products made and (or) realized in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which are not subject to obligatory approbation and branding in authorized organizations" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 32861) the following amendment:
in the Jewelry and other products made and (or) realized in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which are not subject to obligatory approbation and branding in authorized organizations, determined by the specified order:
add with Item 9 of the following content:
"9. The jewelry and other products from test silver 800 above made in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and held for sale (realization) in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the presence on such products of print of mark.".
2. To provide to committee of the industry of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
