2. To provide to committee of industrial development of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

The jewelry and other products made and (or) realized in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which are not subject to obligatory approbation and branding in authorized organizations

1. The state awards, coins, remaining balance of jewelry and other products provided in various forms.

2. Jewelry and other products from precious metals in unfinished or not collected type, in case of lack of complete set of parts.

3. Jewelry from precious metals at which the quantity of mass parts of net precious metal in one thousand mass parts of alloy of precious metal are lower:

1) 900 for platinum alloy;

2) 375 for gold alloy;

3) 500 for palladium alloy;

4) 800 for silver alloy.

4. Plates for texts from precious metals or salaries from precious metals of books, albums, folders and similar products.

5. The jewelry and other products having historical or archaeological, cultural value, ingots of the affined precious metals of national and foreign production, the nuggets of precious metals, gold leaf, sugary silver, small notches and small jewelry made by incrustation method of platinum, gold, palladium and (or) silver on products, the devices, laboratory glassware and other products made of precious metals and intended for the scientific, production and medical purposes.

6. Rods, strips, wire, tubes, and also the packed thinnest sheets from precious metals applied as various jewelry and to the decorative purposes.

7. Feathers from precious metals for handles.

8. The jewelry and other products imported and (or) exported by physical persons in goods quality for private use.
