According to the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About insurance activity" and of March 11, 2022 "About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with enhancement of tax administration" and the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 21, 2022 No. UP-269 "About Measures for Realization of Administrative Reforms of New Uzbekistan" I order to No. ZRU-758:
1. Make changes and additions to the Regulations on solvency of insurers and overcautious persons approved by the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 22, 2008 No. 41 (рег. No. 1806 of May 12, 2008) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2008, Art. No. 20-21, 178) according to appendix.
2. This order is approved with Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Comissioner for the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on protection of the rights and legitimate interests of subjects of entrepreneurship.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
