About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation
According to parts 5.2 - 5.4 Articles 23 and article 25.2 of the Federal law "About Insurance Pensions" Government of the Russian Federation decide:
1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2024, except for:
the subitem "b" of Item of 2 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective since January 1, 2026;
the subitem "g" of Item of 2 changes approved by this resolution in the part concerning Item 7 (1) Rules of establishment and payment of increase in fixed payment to insurance pension to the persons who worked at least 30 calendar years in agricultural industry, living in the rural zone approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 29, 2018 No. 1441 "About approval of Rules of establishment and payment of increase in fixed payment to insurance pension to the persons who worked at least 30 calendar years in agricultural industry, living in the rural zone" which becomes effective since January 1, 2026.
