1. Bring in the order of the Minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 4, 2019 No. 481 "About approval of the forms intended for collection of administrative data in the field of water supply and water disposal" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 18993) the following changes:
To be reworded as follows the form intended for the collection of the administrative data "Data on Security with Services of Water Supply and Water Disposal in City Settlements" approved by the specified order according to appendix 1 to this order;
To be reworded as follows the form intended for the collection of the administrative data "Data on Security with Services of Water Supply and Water Disposal in Rural Settlements" approved by the specified order according to appendix 2 to this order.
2. To provide to committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
