About modification of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of agricultural and forestry and landscape tractors and trail cars to them" (TP of TS 031/2012)
According to article 52 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, Item 29 of appendix No. 1 and Item 11 of appendix No. 2 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission DECIDED:
1. In subitem 14.1 of Item 14 of appendix 5 to the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of agricultural and forestry and landscape tractors and trail cars to them" (to TP of TS 031/2012) accepted by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 20, 2012 No. 60:
a) the third and fourth to replace paragraphs with paragraphs of the following content:
"for engines with the range of capacity of E2 - till January 31, 2024;
for engines with the ranges of capacity of D, G - till January 1, 2025;
for engines with the capacity ranges E 1, F - till October 1, 2025;
for engines with the capacity ranges To, J - since January 1, 2025;
for engines with the ranges of capacity of I, N*s on October 1, 2025";
b) after table 5.1 to state the paragraph in the following reaction:
"Early application of the requirements provided by paragraphs the sixth and seventh this subitem is allowed.".
2. Establish effective period of the certificates of conformity confirming compliance of engines and (or) tractors to the requirements established by paragraphs the fourth and fifth subitem 14.1 of Item 14 of appendix 5 to the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of agricultural and forestry and landscape tractors and trail cars to them" (TP of TS 031/2012), - till March 31, 2027 inclusive.
