About modification of subitem 8.1.4 of Item 8.1 of the Section VIII of the Procedure for treasurer servicing of the government budget on expenses

According to Article 43 of the Budget code of Ukraine, the subitem 3 of Item 7 of the Section III "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About procedure for the solution of single questions of the administrative-territorial device of Ukraine", the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I ORDER:

1. In subitem 8.1.4 of Item 8.1 of the Section VIII of the Procedure for treasurer servicing of the government budget on expenses approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of December 24, 2012 No. 1407, of the word registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 17, 2013 at No. 130/22662, "city (the cities of regional value) and district budgets" shall be replaced with words "local budgets".

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of the government budget of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on Deputy Ministers of Finance of Ukraine according to distribution of obligations and the Chairman of the Public treasurer service of Ukraine Slyuz T. Ya.
