About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 25, 1998 No. 1340

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 25, 1998 No. 1340 "About the Accounting treatment, storages, estimates of the seized and other property which is carrying over the state and orders it" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 34, Art. 1280; 2016, No. 100, Art. 3258; 2019, No. 100, the Art. 3349) the enclosed changes.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 25, 1998 No. 1340

1. In Item 3 of the resolution:

1) to add Item after the words "received from" with words and figures "sales of goods and the vehicles of commercial appointment specified in part seven of Article 293 of the Customs code of Ukraine";

2) the words "including if the size of the amounts of customs duties reached the cost of this property" to exclude.

2. According to the procedure of accounting, storage, assessment of the seized and other property which is carrying over the state, and the order it, approved by the specified resolution:

1) in Item 1:

in subitem 4 of the word "are withdrawn by law enforcement agencies or" to exclude;

add Item with the subitem 16 of the following content:
