1. Make changes and additions to Regulations on regulation of debt load of borrowers - physical persons, approved by the resolution of Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 28, 2019 No. 24/5 (рег. No. 3205 of December 19, 2019) (The national database of the legislation, 19.12.2019, No. 10/19/3205/4177), according to appendix.
2. This resolution is approved with Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. This resolution becomes effective after one month from the date of its official publication.

to the Resolution of Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 26, 2024 No. 42/16
1. State preamble in the following edition:
"This Provision determines procedure of payments of debt load, admissible value of debt load, and also the maximum daily loan interest rates and to microloans in case of allocation of the credits (microloans) to borrowers - physical persons".
2. In the paragraph the second Item 1, paragraphs second and third Item 4, Item 6 and the paragraph the second Item 7 shall be replaced with words the word of "microloan" "the credit (microloan)".
3. Add with Item 1-1 of the following content:
