I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 15, 2014 No. 209 "About approval of Rules of marginal establishment of prices of wholesale of commodity gas in the domestic market, wholesale and retail sale of the liquefied oil gas within the delivery plan of the liquefied oil gas on the domestic market of the Republic of Kazakhstan out of commodity exchanges" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 10120) the following changes:
in Rules of marginal establishment of prices of wholesale of commodity gas in the domestic market, wholesale and retail sale of the liquefied oil gas within the delivery plan of the liquefied oil gas on the domestic market of the Republic of Kazakhstan out of the commodity exchanges approved by the specified order:
be reworded as follows Items 8 and 9:
"8. The projects of regulatory legal acts providing marginal approval of prices of wholesale of commodity gas in the domestic market of the Republic of Kazakhstan for area, the city of republican value, the capital, including for industrial consumers investors, consumers included in the list of power plants, also intended for the subsequent realization to the large commercial consumers, persons performing digital mining or persons on production of electrical energy for implementation of digital mining, are developed proceeding from the amount:
1) sets of the weighted average values:
the prices of the commodity gas planned to acquisition by the national operator at subsoil users for the purpose of delivery to area, the city of republican value, the capital in the planned period;
