About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. to young families of financial aid of the state in debt repayment on the soft credits obtained on construction (reconstruction) or acquisition of premises, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of February 28, 2011 No. 243, to add Item 6 of the Regulations on procedure for provision with parts of the following content:
"Financial aid to the young families of borrowers specified in part fifteen of subitem 1.12 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 6, 2012 to No. 13, or to their spouses (the former spouses) is provided taking into account the interest rate for use of soft credit established in the credit agreement before date of establishment in it of the terms for crediting provided in paragraph three of part four of subitem 1.4-2 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 6, 2012 No. 13.
To the young families which addressed for receipt of financial aid of the state before date of establishment in the credit agreement of the terms for crediting provided in paragraph three of part four of subitem 1.42 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 6, 2012 No. 13, financial aid it continues to be provided according to the procedure, provided by this Provision, taking into account the interest rate for use of soft credit established in the credit agreement before the date specified in this part.";
