1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the Charter of the Belarusian state concern on production and sales of goods of light industry approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 24, 1994 No. 99:
