1. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of December 6, 2012 No. 189/428 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for use of drugs, psychotropic substances, analogs of drugs, psychotropic substances in the scientific and educational purposes, in expert medical activities".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
