About modification of the procedures approved by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 26, 2005 No. 1031 and of April 21, 2023 No. 372
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Procedure for determination of goods which are imported on customs area of Ukraine for use in industrial production of motor vehicles approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 26, 2005 No. 1031 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, No. 43, by Art. 2716; 2018, No. 52, Art. 1823; 2021, No. 31, stations 1794), and the Procedure for import to customs area of Ukraine and target use of some goods by the companies which have create or modernize production capacities for the industrial production of vehicles approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 21, 2023 No. 372 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2023, No. 46, the Art. 2456, No. 99, the Art. 5917), the enclosed changes.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.
