About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning simplification of procedure for change of purpose of the parcels of land for investment attraction for the purpose of bystry recovery of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Land code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, Art. No. 3-4, 27):

In paragraph three of part nine of Article 20 of the word of "objects of the industry on lands" shall be replaced with words 1) "objects of the industry, power (including technological infrastructure of objects of power) on lands";

Article 118 after part nine to add 2) with new part of the following content:

"10. Petitions for provision of permission to development of documentation on land management, documentation on land management are registered in day of receipt in relevant organ of the executive authority or local government body which transfers the parcels of land of the state-owned or utility property to the possession according to the powers determined by Article 122 of this Code and are considered according to the procedure of priority of their receipt".
