About modification of Chapter XII "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About conscription and military service" concerning terms of compulsory military service
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About conscription and military service" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 38, Art. 324 with the following changes) to add Chapter XII with Item 7-1 of the following content:
"7-1. Determine that during the general colors called by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 65/2022 "About general mobilization", the approved Law of Ukraine "About approval of the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About general mobilization" of March 3, 2022 No. 2105-IX and action of martial law imposed by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 64/2022 "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine", the approved Law of Ukraine "About approval of the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine" of February 24, 2022 No. 2102-IX, the military personnel of compulsory military service whose term of military service established by part one of article 23 of this law expired during action of warlike situation and which military service are prolonged over fixed terms according to part nine of article 23 of this Law, as exception of provisions of part nine of article 23 of this Law are transferred from military service to the reserve in the terms determined by the Presidential decree of Ukraine. Such persons cannot be called up for military service during mobilization within twelve months from the date of dismissal from military service in inventory if they did not express desire to continue military service".
II. Final provisions
1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a month from the date of entry into force of this Law:
bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;
