"3. Establishment on the area of borders of ATE according to the subitem 4) of Item 3 of article 149 of the Code is provided with work on land management and No. 208 "About establishment of the state reference systems and cartographic projections" is performed in the state reference systems and cartographic projection according to the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 14, 2023.";
3) of Item 18 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"3) determinations of regions for resettlement of kandas and immigrants according to the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 4, 2023 No. 765 "About determination of regions for resettlement of kandas and immigrants".".
