About modification of form of the conclusion about results of monitoring of procurement procedure

According to part of the nineteenth article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About public purchases", the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I ORDER:

1. Make changes to form of the conclusion about results of monitoring of the procurement procedure approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of September 08, 2020 No. 552, registered on October 01, 2020 at No. 958/35241, having been reworded as follows it which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to management of fiscal risks of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine Ulyutin D. V. and the Chairman of the Public auditing service of Ukraine Basalayeva A. V.
