About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 22, 2022 No. 1313

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Rules of representation of mobile radiotelephone communication of information by operators necessary for implementation of monitoring of observance by telecom operators of obligation on check of reliability of information about subscribers and the information about users by communication services of subscribers - legal entities or individual entrepreneurs, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 22, 2022 No. 1313 "About approval of Rules of representation of mobile radiotelephone communication of information by operators necessary for implementation of monitoring of observance by telecom operators of obligation on check of reliability of information about subscribers and the information about users communication services of subscribers - legal entities or individual entrepreneurs" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 31, the Art. 5707).
2. This resolution becomes effective since April 1, 2024.
